The beautiful heirloom cacao we sourced from our friend Alejandro from Mexico, Tabascao region deserved a really wonderful debut bar.

That meant taking local organic wood-fired sourdough, chopping it into bits, then bathing it in brown butter, before tumbling with cinnamon and sugar and baking. These cinnamon toast croutons were almost too fabulous to share {reason n.10,000 why we love our job} but share we do. The chocolate is darkly creamy, the cinnamon toast crumblets crispy, sweet, spicy.
