We want you to be as pleased with our chocolate as we are in crafting it for you.
If something goes wrong (and, despite our best efforts we understand this might happen sooner or later) we want to make it right. Please email within 5 days of receiving your chocolate, and let us know what went wrong. Save the wrappers, take photos, and please get in touch.
During warm weather if you have any doubts about receiving your package when it arrives, we highly recommend choosing 1-day express. If it's a super heat wave we may choose to hold orders, and we will email to let you know.
