Lam Dong at 73% has stone fruit notes and a warm buttery-ness, and when masala chai-laced ginger "snaps" (Map's version is a zippy brittle) found their way into the mix, well. 

Dark chocolate with snappy bites: chocolate is crafted from cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, with ginger snaps (house-made masala chai spice blend we sourced from local legendary Townshend's Teahouse with extra ginger made into a brittle-ish toffee).
