chef's chocolate + pantry goods
just going out on a limb here and assuming that if you cook/create professionally or in your home kitchen, and that you kinda love doing that, then the notion of ingredients is not an afterthought. also, that you might get it when i say an apple is not an apple: a Granny Smith is one thing, a Cox's Orange Pippin another, and an Ashmead's Kernel something else altogether. singularly, tucked inside a buttery envelope of crust they will stand up and speak for themselves, possible in a lilting song that makes you want to close your eyes and listen to every note; lumped altogether they will say basic apple pie. this is for me, what single origin and signature chef's chocolate does best, saying chocolate, but in a new language that sounds nothing like the half-hearted mass-produced *tastes like chocolate* stuff.
