Taco Bar: avocado chocolate stuffed with green chile, black lime, & green mango salsa, red chile, and blue corn chips

If you crave it, craft it. And in this case, crunch it.

Avocado chocolate creamy as good guacamole should be, topped with a salsa of candied poblanos and green mango, speckled with red chile and black lime, and blue corn chips. My only regret is not figuring out how to make a margarita bar to go with it (yet :)

Crafted from +cocoa butter, avocado, +cane sugar, gf oats, +blue corn tortillas (blue corn, sunflower oil, sea salt, trace of lime), poblano peppers, green mango (dried w/ascorbic acid and sulphur dioxide), red chile, black lime. (+organic)
